When will my order be shipped?

The processing time required by the supplier usually ranges from 1-3 working days. If the product you ordered is handmade or needs special processing, then it may take 3-7 working days.

Which shipping company will I pick up with?

Although there is no specific company for international shipments, you usually receive with the State Postal Service. Our suppliers will choose the best, safest and fastest way to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Each supplier has set the shipping cost which you can see in your Cart or Checkout. Usually it is Free of Charge.

Can I cancel an order?

Of course. Visit our Solution Center to proceed with cancellation. But beware You can not cancel your order once it has been shipped.
